Principal Duties and Responsibilities: The candidate will need to have 3 years of prior payroll experience processing and balancing pay for at least 1000 employees in a multi-state environment. They must be able to use an adding machine and be experienced in Excel in creating spreadsheets, exporting data, and using v look up and formula functions. Experience with CBA a plus. Must be able to maintain a positive outlook and support and execute team goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, ability to work independently
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
• Experience with Microsoft applications and inquiry tracking
• Problem solving and resolution skills
• Motivation to succeed
• Excellent attendance record

Preferred Qualifications:
• Understanding of payroll applications, taxes and laws

Work Environment:
• Standard office environment. Use of computers and other office equipment

Physical Requirements:
Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
