Principal Duties and Responsibilities: The candidate will need to have organization skills, excellent phone presence, and the ability to multi-task between projects. Knowledge of Microsoft applications a must as candidate will help with logging of phone calls and emails will be required. Candidate will assist manager and supervisor with tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Organized, ability to work independently

• Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff

• Experience with Microsoft applications and inquiry tracking

• Problem solving and resolution skills

• Motivation to succeed

• Excellent attendance record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of Payroll applications, taxes, and laws

Work Environment:

• Standard office environment. Use of computers and other office equipment

Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
