Zenetex is looking for an experienced training specialist who is familiar with training concepts in the U.S. Intelligence Community. Primary Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be working in new territory for an IC customer seeking to expand and upgrade its involvement in Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) capabilities and build its workforce to leverage the data now available on the world wide web and social media. As a training specialist having full purview over the OSINT area, you will be reviewing content and applicability of three existing courses, presenting these courses over a defined quarterly schedule and updating/revising course materials to reflect new capabilities and subject areas. You will be working with new and experienced intelligence analysts and collections managers to optimize capabilities and build new material. Education and Experience Requirements The position is full time (40 hours per week) at a government facility in Suitland, MD and requires that the candidate have or be eligible for Top Secret clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI). The position requires: * A Bachelors’ Degree no specified major) and 1 year experience teaching Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) subjects or a High School Degree with 2 years of OSINT teaching experience * 1 year of experience or certification teaching adults in the Intelligence Community * 3 years of experience in the U.S. Intelligence Community.
