Key organisational role as part of this large aircraft interiors organisations. You will manage day to day operations of the Heathrow Hanger including staff work patterns to ensure suitable engineering and soft furnishing staff for all projects.

The role involves close communication with planners and account managers co-ordinating actions to ensure work flow meets customer expectations. In addition, you drive continuous improvement thinking through the company and ensure all work complies with CAA approvals and the companies Quality standards, producing reports where required.

You should have experience with aircraft interiors, EASA Parts 21G and 145, ideally having been a form four holder, have excellent people management and communication skills and ideally a formal technical or business qualification.
