FPS Aviation, on behalf of our UK Client currently have a position of Operations Executive available.
This is a Permanent Position
The Operations Executive will work within the Operations Department alongside the Flight Operations, Technical and Ground Operations teams. A very busy and demanding position with the objective of ensuring all internal operational tasks are fully aligned with the highest level of service delivery to our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Director of Operations, Head of Flight Operations and Senior Operations Officer to ensure that we innovate and work towards excellence in operational organisation and delivery to our customers.
- Embed best practice and enhanced processes/procedures across BMCSO Operations
- Liaise as necessary with internal Departments (Commercial, Flight Operations, Engineering and Finance) to ensure there is a clear understanding of customer requirements.
- Assist with the Operational aspects of commercial presentations/proposals as required in liaison with the Commercial Dept
- Participate in supporting all Tender processes as required.
