Duty Operations Assistant
4 on 4 off shift pattern inc. weekend working

The role of Duty Operations Assistant will be to assist with the smooth running of the Operations Department and provide support to the Duty Operations Controller on a day to day basis.
Duties will include holding responsibility for taking and organising customer bookings and requests for flights in advance of 24 hours notice, ensuring that all departments and the management team have the relevant information in order to run a smooth operation, ensuring that all areas are appraised of the latest information on each flight and liaising with, and booking 3rd party suppliers as required.
The successful applicant must be flexible and professional. You will be required to work as part of a team covering a 24-hour operation on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern working a shift pattern which will include working weekends and bank holidays. As always, flexibility is required with the hours as at times, they may need to be altered to suit the needs of the Company.
Applicants should also have an enthusiastic, willing personality with a sense of humour and the ability to work on their own initiative. The ability to prioritise in an ever changing environment and remain calm under pressure are essential for the role. Excellent communication skills combined with courtesy and integrity are also important. Good administration skills and computer literacy are also essential requirements.
