The successful candidate must be a passionate, energetic self-starter who can confidently deliver on their goals and expectations.

Have a very solid and proven operations background in a highly-organized aviation environment, especially in communications and understanding Aviation and Airport processes.

Have an excellent understanding of how to plan with foresight and ensure the tasks are communicated to the rest of the team efficiently.

This person must have exceptional written & verbal communication skills.

Must be able to communicate clearly to entire team and possess strong planning abilities.

Be excellent at thinking outside of the box, action orientated and super confident in their delivery to gain the respect of the rest of the team.

This person needs to be high energy, positive and fun with an absolute passion & dedication/commitment to achieving goals
