Operational Excellence Support Coordinator

The part you’ll play

With a range of responsibilities, you’ll be providing support to the Operational Excellence team. You will manage user accounts within the system, whilst facilitating communication with AU & NZ user groups and support team. Where necessary, you will be escalating technical issues, and administer system upgrades where required. Designing and implementing customised reports base on local requirements will also be necessary for this role. You will collect data and liaise with relevant departments in readiness for systems implementation, and provide support and expertise to local administrators during system implementation.

Working in an Airport environment, to follow aviation security requirements, you will be required to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card.
