About Your Job

Working within the Integrated Control Centre (IOC), you will be responsible for monitoring crew compliance and changing crew rosters to march operational requirements.  You will implement changes that need to be made within short time constraints giving due consideration to operational KPIs.

The role requires 24/7 shift work and requires regular communication with Flight Deck and Cabin Crew, the Integrated Control Centre (IOC) team and Network Operations Management.

Specific accountabilities include:

• Maintaining crew regulatory compliance in line with QCAA regulations
• Ensuring the correct crew complements area assigned to each flight
• Monitoring operational status and assisting with contingency plans when necessary
• Actively participating and cooperating in disruption recovering strategies of the IOC
• Allocating crew efficiently to duties considering resource availability and operational risk

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelors Degree combined with a minimum of four years of job-related experience.  Prior exposure to crew control or crew rostering is essential.  Keys to your success are excellent communication skills, the ability to think quickly to make sound decisions, and perform effectively in a pressured environment.
