CAE Parc Aviation Shannon are currently sourcing an experienced Office Administrator with an Accounts background to join our Aviation Client based in the Shannon Free Zone.

This position is a full time permanent role offering an excellent salary. The successful Candidate MUST have Quantum software experience for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Orders Entry / Repair Order Entry on Quantum
  • Inventory Reporting Quantum
  • Purchasing / Invoicing
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • VAT Returns
  • Bank Reconciliations / EFT Payments
  • Filling / Admin
  • Revenue On Line Services
  • Quality Reporting
  • Health & Safety Admin

Candidate profile:

  • Must have previous experience on Quantum
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Applications (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Demonstrate effective organizational skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Accounts experience would be a distinct advantage
