Monarch Engineering; Line Maintenance provider of the year 2017; are in their 50th year. A dedicated and customer focused company who are looking for a MPAC Maintenance Control Engineer Administrator to join their Birmingham based team.

The maintenance Control engineer – MPAC ensures all maintenance activity is carried out in the most efficient manner maximising financial performance and customer satisfaction by way of oversight and support to the check management team and line station engineers. This ensures the maintenance plan is closely followed and any deviation is agreed by the MCE-MPAC.

You will work closely with the support of the MPAC planner, base and line maintenance and our customers (Part 145 and Part M)

You would oversee maintenance activities across Base and Line maintenance and make operational decisions to ensure the maintenance program is supported and delivered.

As an experienced MCE you will act as the control point for all events concerning P145 activities and have an understanding of overall maintenance planning and be conversant with Safety Management systems.

Knowledge:

Experience in line and base maintenance activity with preferable licence rights

Knowledge of aircraft types and systems with an understanding of budgets

Sound understanding of AMOS and its practical uses

Computer skills

Excellent communications skills

Numeracy

Experience/Education:

Aircraft Maintenance experience both within line and base maintenance

EASA Licence without type ratings (Preferred)

EASA Aircraft Type ratings (Preferred)

Authorisations on those aircraft being supported by MPAC (preferred)
