Job Role:

Reporting to the Crew Chief, the Mechanic will be responsible for carrying out base maintenance on all Jet2.com aircraft, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and on time. This position plays an important role in ensuring our aircraft are maintained to a very high standard and that delays are kept to a minimum.

You will perform defect rectification and routine servicing as directed by the Crew Chief, carrying out aircraft maintenance tasks according to European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) requirements and regulations. You will also be expected to be available at short notice for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery.

The successful candidate will have an operational background in aircraft maintenance, with experience working on commercial aircraft. If you are an EASA A-Licensed Mechanic that would be highly desirable. You will have full working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements, excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
