Mechanic 2

Location: Manila, Philippines

Department: Engineering

Reports to: Aircraft Engineer

We are inviting talented candidates who are smart, dynamic, enthusiastic and keen to share our dreams and realize their own in our Engineering team in Manila in the capacity of Aircraft Mechanic. As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will support the Engineering team in performing aircraft maintenance and servicing to ensure a high level of safety, reliability, security and presentation required by customers, regulatory authorities and the company, in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Report to Engineer and Engineering Manager.

* Perform aircraft maintenance when rostered to do so under guidance of the Aircraft Technician/ Aircraft Engineer/Senior Aircraft Engineer.

* Performs maintenance and servicing of third party operator’s aircraft in accordance with the applicable SGHA. Provide a high level of customer service.

* Keep up to date with the aircraft systems, technology, processes and procedures.

* Other duties as directed by the Aircraft Engineer/Senior Aircraft Engineer or Engineering Manager.

* Lead and train Aircraft Mechanic trainee staff.

Requirements:

​Completed an Engineering or related 4-year Aviation Technical Course

* Preferably 3 years experience as a mechanic on wide bodied aircraft

* Proficient in oral and written English and Filipino

* Computer literate

* Licensed to drive preferably with a professional license

* Must have a complete set of personal tools

* Ability to work on shift and long hours

* Must have the right to live and work in the Philippines
