Job Role:

a) have a good understanding of structural materials primarily fibre reinforced composites (essential)
b) have a good understanding of fastened joints (highly desirable)
c) be able to generate and manage test plans and programmes for validation of materials and fixations (essential)
d) be able understand and work to international test standards (essential)
e) be able to develop bespoke test methods in order to evaluate a specific application (essential)

The successful candidate should have experience in metallic and composites within the aerospace industry. The initial contract will be for 3 months, with the start date to be confirmed.
