The Marketing Projects Advisor role will be responsible for leading and driving a range of brand marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a talented, creative, Marketer with a passion for Customer Insights, Research and Brand Strategy

Reporting to the Group Strategy Brand manager your main accountabilities will include:

• Own and manage the Jetstar Customer Panel Community platform including the database health and analytics,
• platform build and test, analysis of results, building reports and identifying key insights that will be of greatest benefit to the business.
• Providing support on a range of operational and commercial projects/tasks from the creation of airport branding to assisting in the implementation of ancillary initiatives or liaising with relevant departments on Jetstar claims and trademarks
• Own Jetstar Vouchers from a commercial perspective - be the business go-to for all voucher related needs and enquiries.
• Be the primary contact for Jetstar uniforms. Ensure that reporting, invoices, stock and orders are accurately maintained and managed. Review and optimise ordering process and identify cost efficiencies when required.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:

• A strong self-starter is required with the ability to work autonomously
• Highly motivated and able to deal with multiple time sensitive tasks whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
• Excellent data literacy and analytical ability
• Strong communicator who is confident working with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• marketing experience either in an agency or client environment.
• Excellent data literacy, analytical ability, and PowerPoint presentation skills
• Proven ability to offer insights and be a strategic thinker
• Understanding of research and survey best practices and methods
