Primary Responsibilities:

* Work in a dynamic cross-functional team environment involving manufacturing and product development teams, as well as supply chain specialists, manufacturing engineers, and logistics personnel.
* Support control plans to assure critical features are controlled through the assembly/production process.
* Applying technical knowledge to innovate, design and develop processes, tooling, assembly fixtures and procedures.
* Organize and analyze data sets that outline the systemic improvement opportunities.
* Develop and validate processes used in manufacturing.
* Support issue resolution for production and assembly including root cause investigation and corrective action tracking.
* Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Qualification:

* Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science
* Must have GPA of 3.0
* Must have completed 30 hours of college coursework

Preferred:

* Must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

Education:
* Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science
