Manager Quality, Training and Procedures

Mission

Responsible within Ground Operations for efficient and accurate Procedures creation, definition, distribution and documentation for Brussels Airlines and Coordination with the EW/LH group. Ensure the regulatory requirements are translated into all Brussels Airlines Ground Operations Manuals. Implementation of a corrective action plan to ensure compliance to regulatory authorities. Responsible for all operational training for Brussels airlines Ground Operations; to ensure quality and increased customer satisfaction within ground operations. Create and Coordinate for Brussels and all outstation training calendar. Create relevant training material given in class room or E-Learning for all ground operations systems and mandatory trainings. Responsible for all operational supplies (creation, stock, dispatch and budget) throughout the network. Ground operations SPOC for Star Alliance

Tasks

1. Make sure, through the Ground Operations managers and external stakeholders, that the service delivered in Brussels Airlines ground stations network wide is in line with the established Service Levels, Processes and Procedures.

2. Ensure that all Ground Operation manuals ( PHM,AHM and IPM) are up to date and in line with current regulations (OM Part A and B)/agreements/ working procedures

3. Ensure that Ground Operation manual PHM is in line with current LH Group

4. Ensure that all ground operations staff and handlers are trained respective of their function , including all product and system training as well as safety aspects of their duties

5. Development training procedures and methods in order to decrease training cost while maintaining or improving quality

6. Develop and maintain all training material for ground operations

7. Manage team of ground operations trainers

8. Work with Customer Experience department to ensure increase of service quality

9. Steer and manage the Ground Operations Procedures Officer and assure coherence between the procedures and the quality system.

10. Ensure that all Audits done on ground operations are found to be up to satisfaction of auditing entity

11. Ensure that all stations are stocked with relevant material (over 500 different products), maintain stock in warehouse, and strive to reduce costs without hindering quality.

12. Responsible for departments cost center .

13. Work with Alliances departments in order to ensure that all codeshare agreements (Annex 4) are in line with current Brussels Airlines operations.

* University degree with 3 years of experience

* In-depth knowledge of Excel
