Manager Product Repair Services Compliance

We are looking for a Manager, PRS Operations to provide oversight and management of assigned Repair Stations. The Manager, PRS Operations manages the ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of compliance with government regulations and regulatory agencies for products and repair.

Responsibilities:

* Directs and performs evaluation of internal operations, controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to regulatory compliance and recommends appropriate changes.
* Reviews and evaluates results of internal and external audits and advises organization on appropriate actions to be taken.
* May manage, evaluate, and develop a team of professionals.
* Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.
* Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
* Makes decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plans; receives guidance from senior manager.
* Recommends and, upon approval, implements new operating procedures, policies or systems affecting a unit, department or client.
* Interprets and executes unit/department and company policy.
* Makes critical decisions which have impact on the quality (waste, delay or damage) and timeliness (scheduling problems) of the work for a department or client.
* Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
* Provides direction given in the form of objectives and desired outcomes and measures results through accomplishment of objectives.

Job Requirements

Education Requirement: Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required: 2 years in prior management role. 7 years related experience.
