1.      JOB PURPOSE

 

Accountable for the management of all the aero derivatives/LIT product lines, in line with production schedules, cost and quality standards.

 

 

2.      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE

(Indicate the minimum recruitment specification and also the ideal person specification for fully satisfactory job performance)

 

 

Qualification

University Degree in the related field / Approved college degree

Experience

  • 15+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Thorough Engine Maintenance experience or multiple in industrial engine types.
  • Minimum 7 years Management / Supervisory experience.
  • Extensive experience leading Engine Overhaul.

 


3.             JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES AND CURRENT OBJECTIVES

  • Responsible for the achievement of product cost and quality objectives through the effective use personnel, equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure the achievement of the product sales and margin objectives through the effective use of scheduling, inventory and technical content of work package.
  • Support the customer in program management, commercial activities and technical support.
  • Manager accounting and commercial activities to ensure the effective issue of accurate invoices in line with the customer expectations.
  • Control and monitor all document in support of all Quality authorities to ensure product reliability and integrity.
  • Provide timely technical decisions, planning and accurate scheduling to assist the Component Repair and Operations Support Groups.
  • Assist Marketing, if need be, by representing TS&S through off-site visits and technical representations to the customer.
  • Manage and administer program inventory levels in line with Business Objectives.
  • Manager and administer a continuous training program for all workshop personnel.
  • Commitment to SH&E Policy & Regulations.
