Job Description

- NasJet Flight Operations Quality Manager is responsible to the Director Quality.

- NasJet in ensuring the safety and airworthiness through internal and external audits, surveillances, investigations and effective corrective actions implementation.

- Supervise manual and procedures creation, capability development, safety awareness information drives, regulatory approval, and close coordination with customer quality management personnel and regulatory authorities to comply with current or new requirements and regulations.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Preparing and maintaining the annual internal audit calendar to cover the different departments and processes with specific dates taking into consideration the required priority level.

- Ensure that all applicable GACA/FAA and other regulatory requirements, manufacturer’s specifications and the company quality standards are met.

- Preparing and maintaining the annual external audit calendar to cover the different vendors and other service providers with specific dates taking into consideration the required priority level.

- Ensures timely accomplishment of periodic scheduled and unscheduled internal audits of various company processes and program including follow up of corrective actions and closure of audit items.

- Provides the Director Quality with the results of the audits performed on the different functional departments and company processes.

- Manage third party auditors (during regulatory, customer, contractor audits) ensuring that findings are documented, relayed to the concerned departments, and closed efficiently within the specified periods.

- Ensure the conduct of regular surveillances of NasJet Flight Operations offices, facilities to find and immediately correct obvious discrepancies.

Ensures the conducts of in-depth investigation after occurrence of accident, incidents related to Flight Operations and other safety-related events.

- Evaluates the factors surrounding accidents or incidents and monitor the process for the development of any negative trends.

- Ensures deficiencies and the corresponding corrective actions are conveyed in writing to the Director Quality.

- Assigns personnel that would liaise/assist during customer and regulatory investigations including the distribution of investigation reports, and collection, evaluation and submission of the corresponding corrective action to the subject organization.

- Develops, establishes, improves and implements the department’s policies, programs, control measures and systems and procedures, to ensure effective administration and coordination of all quality assurance and safety activities.

- Issue regular Quality Circulars that provide awareness to all Flight Operations NasJet Personnel.
