General responsibilities of the position: Area of Expertise:
Planning, forecasting and comparison of financial activity. Preparation, consolidation, analysis and documentation of financial data used to summarize and measure status, evaluation of business plans,
identification of variances and predict results.

Level of Responsibility:
· Responsible for entire projects with significant scope and complexity
· Contributes to the department or business unit by applying their advanced knowledge of one or more functional areas
· May develop and coach others
· Has expert knowledge that extends across multiple disciplines

Specific responsibilities of position: Conducts financial analysis, research, budgets and forecasts to support short-term business goals and
decisions.
Prepares forecasts and performs financial modelling to develop recommendations for management.
Reviews financial reports, P&L, balance sheet, cash flows and statistical analysis for accuracy.
Provides reports to functional or operational management on financial analysis results and
recommendations.
Audits financial practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws and standards.
Advices on operations finance activities, such as programs, pricing, sales and supply chain.
Conducts medium to large scale projects. Builds analytical models to perform complex analysis.

Qualifications required: · Bachelor degree with 6 to 10 years experience
· Master degree with 4 to 7 years experience
- CPA designation

Field of studies: Accounting, Finance, Other

Additional Information: The role will require moderate amount of travel between Montreal and Toronto for training purposes.
