Description

This position will be based in Madrid. Reporting to the Head Standardization Settlement, FDS Operations, the EasyPay Manager is responsible for leading, developing and implementing the EasyPay Product globally.

Responsibilities

Act as the EasyPay Product Manager
Responsible for defining and keeping up to date EasyPay SOP for Model A and Model B operations.
In conjunction with the Settlement Standardization and Business Analytics teams, deploy the required changes in IRIS to onboard the EasyPay process
Ensure that all 2017 EasyPay pilots are tested and implemented smoothly
Ensure that all EasyPay operations are implemented and on boarded in IRIS smoothly, following the migration project plan
Produces periodical KPIs and individual performance reports with the objective of monitoring the EasyPay product
Support the Global Delivery Centers and Local Offices in matters related to the Easypay product
Develop the EasyPay commercial and product penetration plan. Identify revenue opportunities
Creates and sustain a workplace culture consistent with the organizations mission, vision, values, and guiding principles.

Qualifications and Skills

University degree in a relevant discipline and 5 to 7 years of experience in the travel or airline industry
Knowledge of the FDS operations, particularly the EasyPay & Remittance & Settlement process
Familiarity with IATA systems (e.g. IRIS)
Excellent planning skills; able to lead projects through to completion. Ability to cope with deadlines and to work under pressure
People and Team oriented;
Demonstrate organizational skills, leadership and personal integrity;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work internationally and cross-culturally;
Ability to think “out of the box” and challenge the current way of working in order to drive for continuous process improvement;
Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages an asset.
