We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Airline Partnerships team. As Manager Airline Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing commercial partnerships with our Jetstar Branded Airlines in order to maximise revenue contribution across the Jetstar Group.

Reporting to Head of Airline Partnerships, your main accountabilities will include:
• Responsibility for formulating and realising Jetstar’s Asian alliance strategy and managing Jetstar’s portfolio of Asian airline partners
• Leading implementation and project management of Asian alliance projects in conjunction with dual brand partners and other key stakeholders
• Driving customer acquisition through the creation of LCC partnerships in Asia-Pacific with a view to developing more strategic partnerships models over time
• Unlocking incremental revenue and value from Jetstar’s current Asian partners across the Jetstar network
• Acting as alliance pricing SME with responsibility for developing the pricing portfolio together with Revenue Management
• Championing the alliance customer by owning the end-to-end experience for alliance customers, working with stakeholders to define and deliver a quality product at all touch points
• Setting and tracking of alliance NPS targets to ensure focus on continuous improvement and the resolution of customer pain points
• Managing ad-hoc projects as directed

Whether you have aviation experience or are interested in joining our exciting, fast moving industry, to be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:
• Commercial, sales or business development experience in an international environment
• Commercial understanding and strong customer focus
• Ability to lead and project manage complex cross-functional projects
• Experience in building excellent long-term relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
