Manager Air Ancillary

Air Ancillary Manager is responsible for all aspects air ancillary product sales throughout the entire customer journey, including the product value proposition, merchandising, terms & conditions, product delivery, and pricing & revenue maximization.

A primary focus of this position will be designing, building and implementing pricing optimization models for air ancillary products. In addition, this position will manage the design, development and implementation of new air ancillary offerings.

The position will partner with internal and external business stakeholders including eCommerce, BI, IT, Stations, Inflight, and Planning.

Essential Functions:

Air Ancillary Pricing

* Design, implement, and optimize air ancillary pricing tactics and strategies

* Build and implement pricing optimization models for air ancillary products

* Oversee day-to-day needs of air ancillary pricing operations

Air Ancillary Product Management & Development

* Develop and refine the air ancillary offer strategy throughout the various customer journeys

* Work closely with eCommerce to optimize air ancillary merchandising on the Sun Country website and mobile app

* Develop and own the air ancillary pricing, merchandising, and product development road map

* Responsible for all aspects of air ancillary product development throughout the project lifecycle

* Develop and write the detailed business requirements for new ancillary products and ancillary product enhancements

* Establish and foster trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Air Ancillary Reporting and Forecasting

* Design and develop requirements for the air ancillary reporting suite

* Enhance and maintain the monthly, quarterly, and yearly air ancillary forecast

* Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by senior management

* Lead meetings to present analysis, insights and recommendations to senior executives
