ABOUT THIS POSITION
Provides support for executive-level staff including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and effectively managing all essential tasks.
-Track travel, scope, and budget with regards to project requirements.
-Develop and maintain detailed processes that reduce redundancy, improve accuracy and efficiency throughout the organization.
-Proficient with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
-Detailed knowledge of DoD Operations, Policies, and Procedures
-Timely execution the DHA check-in/check-out process. Service as the SME across the DHA Division to include teaching others the data requirements and processes to include supporting expediting requirements and facilitating solutions when issues arise.
-Securing badges and base access for visitors.
-Develop and compile weekly status reports that include technical accomplishments, milestones achieved, upcoming events and travel.
-Configuration management deliverables tracking.
-Tracking and notification to staff and management related to certification requirements compliance (e.g., 8570).
-Tracking and notification of status for staffing requirements (e.g., government demand signals by competency).
-Support facilities planning requirements (e.g., # of incoming staff and location required)
-Applies common sense understanding to execute written or oral instructions. Required ability to communicate effective with internal and external clients.
- Create documents in VISIO, Power Point, Publisher and Adobe as needed
Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance
10 or more years’ experience with DoD Government Contracting
Bachelors Degree
Proficient with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
Detailed knowledge of DoD Operations, Policies, and Procedures
Excellent written and oral communications
