In your role, you will:

- Support the Commercial Aircraft customers with their maintenance program activities
- Lead the development of tools required to support customers maintenance programs
- Coordinate and monitor the preparation of technical reports and presentations in support of various maintenance program activities
- Represent Maintenance Engineering in reviews within and outside Customer Services, interface directly with internal and external customers as a Maintenance Engineering focal
- Initiate action required by Maintenance Engineering team for any query, maintain highest level of communication and facilitate effective work environment between the Maintenance Engineering and its internal and external customers
- Manage timeline for responding to client’s queries on time and to the best quality
- Review all product change proposals and assess Maintenance Engineering effort
- Maintain measures and metrics important in managing the business and implement corrective action as necessary
- Participate in high-level meetings, present to management, customers and program partners
- Participate to the validation and assessment of labor effort of task procedures related to the scheduled maintenance program
- Prepare, revise and execute MSG-3 analyses

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- You have a minimum of 3 year’s experience in aerospace, preferably maintenance environment related
- You are familiar with aircraft maintenance documentation and maintenance planning
- You have excellent communication skills and strong presentation skills
- You have a positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks, shift priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast pace environment
- You are a self-starter and you are able to work autonomously
- You have proven knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, wiring and maintenance concepts
- You are proficient with MS Office suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Good knowledge of CATIA and Visual Basic is considered an asset
- Occasional travel will be required
