Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities:


* Plan and coordinate all maintenance events with Operations team prior to aircraft arrival
* Initial contact with customers to verify work scope
* Ensure a smooth handoff from Sales to Operations
* Build work packages based off sales quote and due list prior to aircraft arrival in Corridor
* Research all parts for pre-order prior to aircraft arrival
* Coordinate all outside services/repairs prior to aircraft arrival
* Research Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins as applicable to specific fleet types
* Perform additional duties as assigned


Requirements:


* High School graduate or equivalent
* Four year degree preferred
* Aviation experience required
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment handling a large volume of tasks with keen sense of attention to detail
* Strong working knowledge of Windows and MS Office programs
