Due to company expansion a position has become available for a Maintenance Manager with proven experience in personnel and Aircraft Management to join a growing operator. With company expansion and plans to increase fleet underway it is a very exciting time to join the organisation.

You will manage a team of dynamic and highly skilled individuals as well as the management of aircraft maintenance; ensuring accordance with Part M and Part 145 requirements.

Key responsibilities/duties as Maintenance Manager include:

• Plan and coordinate all scheduled maintenance events
• Supervise, manage and provide strong leadership
• Develop and implement work processes, standards and policies for work conducted by maintenance team to ensure high levels of production and regulatory compliance
• Reviewing and negotiating maintenance contracts

Qualification & role requirements for Maintenance Manager:

• Previous experience in a management EASA 145/PART M role
• Good commercial acumen
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong experience in line maintenance
• Excellent knowledge of aircraft maintenance management
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part M and Part 145 requirements
• Part 66 License with Boeing type ratings would be advantageous
