Job Role:

A great opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager to join a growing business. As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the maintenance and planning activities

Responsibilities as Maintenance Manager include:

  • Effectively managing and developing a team of maintenance and planning personnel
  • Facilitate the efficient and effective function/management of all maintenance projects, both off-site and on-site
  • Assisting in financial planning and budget control
  • Assisting in the development of maintenance activities
  • Providing responsible leadership and line management of staff
  • Conducting and running regular meetings
  • Regular reporting on operations schedules, issues, KPIs, results etc
  • Upholding quality standards and EASA/FAR 145 compliance

Key skills and experience required as Maintenance Manager:

  • Previous experience in a management/supervisory role within an aviation maintenance environment
  • Strong EASA Part 145 knowledge
  • Works well under pressure, can prioritise their workload and is able to meet deadlines and turn times
