If you have a true passion for Maintenance Instruction then look no further – This may be the position for you! We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Maintenance Instructor Avionic Systems based in Finkenwerder, Germany.

You would be joining a leading global aviation organisation that offers a diverse range of services worldwide.

Responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible within the Airbus Training Center for planning and managing training for maintenance and repair personnel to ensure the safe, efficient and effective operation of Airbus aircraft.

  • Development and development of concepts for maintenance training
  • Preparation and execution of trainings (theoretical and practical)
  • Recognition of potential for improvement and possibly revision of training materials
  • Creation of department-specific operational reports and reports

Personal Requirements:

  • Independent, structured and proactive way of working
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to integrate in a multicultural work environment
  • A high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness in order to represent the respective interests well
  • Willingness to take regular business trips (worldwide, approx. 80-100 days per year)
