Maintenance Programme and Reliability Engineer
Oaklands Global is currently recruiting a Maintenance Programme and Reliability Engineer on behalf of our reputable and well-known commercial client based in the East Midlands.
This is a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out regular reviews of the Operators Maintenance
- Managing recommendations and changes to the Maintenance Programme.
- Liaison with the Regulatory Authority, TC Holders, OEM, and Vendors on Maintenance Programme recommendations for improvement.
- Liaise internally and with the Regulatory Authority for the approval of changes to the Maintenance Programme.
- Updating OASES system on changes to Maintenance Programme tasks and periodicity.
- Analyse Embraer 145 Fleet and Component Reliability data and make recommendations for changes to maintenance tasks, modifications, and practices.
- Produce and present a monthly Reliability Report, to key stakeholders.
- Produce Reliability based KPIs.
- Manage component strip reports, and investigate & resolve reliability issues with vendors/ suppliers.
- Research of anomalies in Task Cards.
- Developing and amending Desktop Instructions and departmental procedures
