General Summary: Deliver exceptional customer service to pilots, passengers and crew members. Provide line services to all customers utilizing our facility. To uphold Elliott Aviation, Inc.’s high standard of quality in workmanship and customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Make arrivals (passengers, pilots, and crew) feel appreciated by giving exemplary customer service.

2. Park/tie down aircraft.

3. Drive fuel trucks as needed.

4. Fuel aircraft.

5. Clean aircraft.

6. Maintain good ramp conditions.

7. Tow aircraft for servicing/repairs/storage/parking.

8. Grounds maintenance.

9. General building and hangar maintenance.

10. Maintain fuel and oil orders for all customers, training, charter, and sales aircraft.

11. Other duties as assigned.

Job Specific Requirements:

Competencies:

* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees in a courteous and helpful manner Good math skills

* A valid driver license and approval under the current Elliott auto policy required

Physical:

· Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, crouch, crawl, talk or hear, reach with hands or arms, grasp, pull and lift objects up to 50 pounds.

· Occasionally required to work in high or precarious places and lift up to 100 pounds.

· Will have exposure to outdoor weather conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, fuel fumes, and loud noises.

Language:

· Ability to read, write and speak English.

· Ability to understand and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

· Ability to write simple correspondence.

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or GED
