Due to continued airline growth, including the exciting introduction of Embraer 170 and ATR72 into the fleet, vacancies have arisen for B1, B2 and / or B1/B2 (combined) Licensed Aircraft Engineer’s. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and further a long and rewarding career with Eastern Airways.

 

Working appropriate shift patterns you will be responsible for Maintenance of company aircraft, on time & in accordance with the applicable approved procedures, requirements and regulations in order that aircraft are released to service in a safe, efficient and compliant manner.

 

Licensed Aircraft Engineers are required at the following locations:

 

Humberside – Line Maintenance

Humberside – Base Maintenance

Aberdeen – Line Maintenance

Glasgow – Line Maintenance

 

Qualifications Required:

• Experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers holding an EASA B1, B2 or B1/B2 (combined) Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s Licence.

• Strong communication skills with good English language proficiency, written & spoken.

• Good organisational skills & the ability to remain focused when under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.

• Strong integrity and professionalism with a commitment to the highest standards of safety.

• Type Ratings on Embraer 170/145, SAAB 2000, ATR72 and / or BAE Jetstream 41 would be advantageous however Type Courses will be offered to suitable applicants.
