Licenced Engineer Line Maintenance

Monarch Engineering; Line Maintenance provider of the year 2017; are in their 50th year.  We are a dedicated and customer focused company who are looking for Licensed Engineers to join our Gatwick Line Maintenance Team

 

As an experienced LE you will be responsible for all line maintenance activities at the station, as required in accordance with company procedures and under Part 145, and as delegated by the Line Manager

 

 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• H&S procedures compliance.
• To oversee and control all line maintenance activities at the station.
• Supervise and delegate personnel as operational comments demand to ensure smooth running of the station.
• Implement company policy and procedures in order to ensure smooth running, compliance and development of the station.
• Ensure shift handovers are carried out on each shift to ensure all relevant information is available to the oncoming shift/management.
• Liaise directly with customers in regards to all aspects of the line operation occurring both during period of duty and in anticipation of events to follow that may impact the operation

 

Knowledge:

• You must have extensive knowledge of line maintenance activities

 

Skills:

• Motivation skills
• Leadership skills -  as you will be leading  a team of Engineers
• Influencing skills to help your team to meet operational requirements
• Excellent communication skills

 

Experience/Education:

• Must have EASA B1 and or B2 License with type approval on at least one type.
• Must have some experience within a Licensed Engineer position
• Supervisory Experience required.
• Use of AMOS essential.
• Microsoft office packages to an intermediate level
• English Language ICAO Level 5 (or equivalent) both in verbal and written including technical terminology

		Shift Rota Basic Salary Plus shift pay Plus Approval payments Plus overtime payments where applicable
