Leisure Travel Consultant, Call Center

We are looking for ambitious sales-focused experts to cater to our constantly growing clientele. You excel at providing excellent customer service and consistently exceed clients’ expectations when answering calls from our client base. You are a professional who can create expertly curated leisure itineraries around the world quickly and proficiently.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from external customers (B2C);

* Quickly determine specific client needs in a resourceful, entrepreneurial and thorough manner;

* Search and sell travel packages using available tools at your disposal;

* Sell travel packages of all product categories including the preparation of complex itineraries;

* Communicate confidently different travel options offered by all the major suppliers;

* Give customer support to our clients booking through our online booking engines and offer support on ongoing files;

* Be alert to changing trends; customer needs and be able to adapt the services to the client’s needs even when difficult circumstances arise.

Requirements

* Must have a minimum of 2 years selling travel products within an agency or call centre environment;

* Bilingual: French, English;

* OPC certification; TICO certification (an asset);

* Experience in planning and booking worldwide travel containing a mix of products;

* Be comfortable selling ancillary products in order to maximize profits;

* Ability to influence using proficient sales and prospecting techniques while building friendly and positive relationships;

* Strong communicator; participative; enthusiastic; optimistic; accommodating; energetic; verbal and active;

* Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Additional Information

* Work schedule: Full time (37.5h)

* The Call Centre is open from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00p.m. weekdays and 9.00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m. weekends. - Agents work on a full-Full-time basis (37.5 hours) and must be available to work both weekdays and weekends.
