Role Purpose

Develop and report dashboard against the agreed KPIs for savings and benefits realised; and coordinating supply market research to improve business decision quality and speed. Supports Head of Strategic Advisory Services in monitoring procurement initiatives, standardizing and enforcing procurement standards and process and ensuring governance best practices are met.

Key Accountabilities

1. Lead the development and actively contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of robust procurement policies and governance framework across company.

2. Work closely with IT team to ensure alignment and linkage of process guidelines to existing infrastructure and leverage on latest technologies to continually improve and augment process related savings tracking, compliance, and performance measurement programs.

3. Establish and implement a continuously updated database of all procurement policies, procedures and processes as a central point of reference via Procurement website.

4. Lead coordination and ensure high quality of supply market research, business intelligence gathering, interpretation, analytics and risk assessment for Group Procurement and relevant stakeholders.

5. Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of feedback surveys, dashboard and KPIs to manage stakeholder relationships, satisfaction and ensure high performing teams.

6. Identify opportunities for improvement, seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate change requests on reporting tools and templates from stakeholders.

7. Maintain high level of product and industry awareness and keep updated on best practices, new supplier and market trend.

Qualification

Degree- Any field, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain Management

Working Experience

7 years Work experience in similar roles

Skill & Knowledge

Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end procurement process including related technology and automation, tender process and sourcing process.

Strong ability to build relationships and networks with multiple business units and at the leadership levels.

Leadership, results focus, creativity, project management, change management, adaptability and strong communications skills are critical.
