The Workforce Support team

The Workforce Support Team is a newly established and expanding specialised team in daa that sits as part of a wider HR Transformation Team. The team is responsible for delivering a new Kronos Time and Attendance service to our business using the My Time platform which is currently being implemented resulting in a Workforce Management solution that is purpose built for daa. Ultimately this new Kronos T&A system will be used by almost 4,000 employees across all daa business units including ARI (Retail), Dublin Airport, Cork Airport, Dublin Airport Central and daa International.

This role

We are hiring a Kronos Scheduling Lead who will be responsible for delivering effective in-day management with the purpose of producing clear and concise schedules to meet demand, ensuring an optimized workforce to maximize efficiency for the My Time (Kronos) applications. You will have engagement with various business unit managers and supervisors across multiple business streams to ensure effective management and coordination of business unit schedules from Day 6 to Day 1. Another key area will be to develop and enhance the Workforce Support operating model through a focus on continuous improvement collaborating with key stakeholders.

This permanent role will suit someone with circa three years’ experience developing schedules or other resource planning tools. It is a great opportunity to join a newly formed, high profile team which may expand significantly over the coming months as the project develops and expands. Qualifications

Essential

* Circa 3+ years of developing schedules or other resource planning tools
* Problem solving and analytical experience
* Prioritisation skills with ability to work to tight deadlines
* Strong stakeholder management skills

Preferred

* Knowledge of Kronos desirable
* Experience working with another Multi site organisation

Responsibilities

* To configure, build and maintain schedules across all business units on the Kronos system, while ensuring the reliability of the underlying data
* To prepare and publish schedules for business unit managers and supervisors, handing over schedules at Day -1.
* Primary point of contact for business units in relation to schedule management
* To review and adjust schedules with business unit managers and supervisors to ensure effective coverage based on demand
* Identify and execute opportunities to optimize the workforce through creative scheduling analysis and recommendations
* Establish and communicate risks in areas of responsibility
