The Workforce Support team

The Workforce Support Team is a newly established and expanding specialised team in daa that sits as part of a wider HR Transformation Team. The team is responsible for delivering a new Kronos Time and Attendance service to our business using the My Time platform which is currently being implemented resulting in a Workforce Management solution that is purpose built for daa. Ultimately this new Kronos T&A system will be used by almost 4,000 employees across all daa business units including ARI (Retail), Dublin Airport, Cork Airport, Dublin Airport Central and daa International.

This role

We are hiring a Kronos Operational Support team member who will be responsible for administrating and managing the Time and Attendance function for the My Time (Kronos) applications all business units. You will ensure that the day to day resourcing needs of business units are scheduled and implemented. Another key area will be engagement with various business units to ensure that exception management and real time issue resolution occurs in a timely manner.

This permanent role will suit someone with strong administrative skills either in a time and attendance role or equivalent. It is a great opportunity to join a newly formed, high profile team which may expand significantly over the coming months as the project develops and expands. Qualifications

Essential

* Stong operations / administrative skills
* Prioritisation skills with ability to work to tight deadlines
* Ability to analyse and interpret data
* Excellent attention to detail

Preferred

* Knowledge of Kronos/Time and Attendance processes desirable
* Experience working with another Multi site organisation

Responsibilities

* Responsible for sign off and transmission of the timesheet to Payroll
* Support end users with policies, rules, compliance and procedures to ensure they are using the system correctly
* Provide real-time process support to business unit managers / supervisors
* Utilise the real-time data / metrics to understand staff activity (e.g. managing the movement of staff between terminals, errors on the system)
* Liaise with Payroll, business unit managers and HR to ensure that payment queries are resolved in a timely manner
* Functional helpdesk support by either management of, or re-distribution of, tickets raised, including reporting on trends
* Post day reconciliation and exception reporting
