Job Role:
Key Account Manger to provide key customers with account management, ensuring high levels of communication and customer service for Aviation Company based in Marlow.
General Responsibilities:
· Actively support the SIOP process
· Support and facilitate the business objectives and KPIs
· Build a strong relationship with the customer
· Order Management and Quotes
Sales Operation Performance
· Customer Liaison
· Developing and continually improving business processes
· Demonstrable experience of working within a customer service environment
· Track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions
· Conversant with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications
· MRP, CRM and ERP expertise
