Purpose and Context of the Job Comair Limited, a JSE listed Aviation Company, is looking for applicants for a Job Management Practitioner based in Bonaero Park, Kempton Park at the Comair Head Offices. The Job Management Practitioner is required to translates structure and job architecture findings into operational HR implementation requirements ensuring that all roles are fully operationalised.
Key Performance Areas • To translate architecture related information into HR Operational requirements
• Administer and maintain Comair’s job architecture as well as relevant HRIS systems
• To build and maintain relationships with other HR Departments and Line Management
Requirements • Grade 12 (Essential)
• Tertiary Qualification in HR/ Industrial Psychology (Essential)
• 2 years’ full function* experience in any two of the following areas (Essential):
- Job analysis and profiling
- Workforce/ manpower/roster planning
- HR Data management (coding, mapping, reporting)
- Structure design and/or implementation
• With experience working as an administrator on an HR Information System (Essential)
• One year additional Experience (Desirable)
• VIP Experience (Desirable)
• HR Project Management Experience (Desirable)
*Full Function Experience would includes the following functions:
Designing/Updating Job Profiles
Designing/Updating Organograms
Designing Organisational Hierarchy based on Org structures
Position/Job Management on HRIS
Workforce/Operation/Manpower/Roster Planning Data Management
Implementation of structural changes on HRIS
