Description

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Brand and Design, the incumbent will provide support for two related projects: Brand Strategy Implementation; and Visual Brand Refresh. This is role is a mix of business improvement, marketing and project coordination.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Implementation project:
Provide support including planning, scheduling and logistics for Brand Strategy workshop roll-out in 8 main IATA offices (AMM, AMS, BJS, GVA, MAD, MIA, SIN, YMQ)
Helping to build an efficient tracking mechanism for measuring and accounting for brand initiatives developed and followed up over the year
Work closely with the local brand champion network to ensure brand initiatives are followed up, recorded, and are ultimately completed.

Posting internal communications on roll-out successes.

Visual Brand Project:
Provide support including vendor liaison, internal stakeholders liaison, tracking of project timeline and deliverables.
Materials research into current visual brand applications.

Qualifications and Skills

Recently graduated (within 1 year) with a Business degree with a focus on marketing, brand or strategy;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
Ability to handle multi-tasking and collaboration is essential;
Clear, focused and organised individual with good planning and project skills;
Excel and SPSS skills are preferred as well as thorough tracking, archiving and recording skills;
Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills with a natural sense of cultural awareness.
