Instructors Trainers

Blue Altitude is based in the South East of England and specialises in providing a range of technical support services to the aviation industry nationally and overseas.

We are recruiting for Instructors / Trainers (Freelance / Associates)

Primary services:

• Development and delivery of bespoke aviation training courses

• Regulatory & independent compliance auditing of organisations

• Provide a range of consultancy services relating to aspects of aviation management

The company’s customer base includes a number of international blue-chip companies.

Due to an increase in demand for its professional services, Blue Altitude is seeking a number of Quality Management Auditors who would be interested in working on a freelance / associate basis, carrying out audits of organisations on behalf of Blue Altitude.

Requirements for the role:-

Essential:

• A proven track record in successfully conducting internal audits within the scope of any of the following:

• International Organisation of Standards - ISO 9001:2015, 14001, 27001,

• Aerospace Standards - AS9100, AS9110, AS9120

• European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) – Part 21, Part M and Part 145

• Ability to work independently and proactively in the role with minimal supervision

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels

• Ability to act objectively and professionally at all times

• Appropriate professional qualifications and references

Desirable

• Knowledge and understanding of other ISO standards.

• Knowledge and understanding of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Regulations (Part 21 G/J, Part 145 and Part M)

• Ability to demonstrate competency in the following role:

Quality Manager (ideally with Form 4 Post Holder experience for EASA Regulation requirements)

• Six Sigma – Green or Black Belt experience
