ESTONIAN AVIATION ACADEMY IS LOOKING FOR INSTRUCTORS OF AIRCRAFT ENGINEERING 
(PART-147 BASIC TRAINING)

Estonian Aviation Academy is a state-owned professional higher education institution providing aviation diplomas and training aviation specialists for the whole of Estonia. 

The successful candidates hired will undertake the following duties and tasks: 

  • Preparing for and conducting theoretical and practical training;
  • advising undergraduate students in their theoretical research and practical projects; 
  • preparing for and running the Aircraft Engineering skills upgrading courses; 
  • developing the training materials and tools (including e-learning);
  • contributing to the diversification and growth of the undergraduate Aircraft Engineering and Aircraft Maintenance Apprenticeship programs. 

To compete successfully, the candidates agree to prove that they have:

  • Aircraft/Aeronautical Engineering Degree (including Part-66 subjects);
  • one year of work experience in relevant industry  (training, maintenance);
  • excellent verbal and writing skills;
  • at least CEFR C1 level of English;
  • computer experience of using the programs and databases necessary for this job;
  • ability and willingness to take initiative and be committed.

 The suitable candidates hired                                                                      will be eligible to share their aircraft engineering knowledge and practical skills with the students and trainees. Likewise, they will be eligible for educating themselves at the courses that they consider supportive for improving their qualification. The candidates hired will be members of a friendly and supportive faculty and staff and earn a competitive salary.
