Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources Landing Systems, as the Human Resources Business Partner, this position will provide full service HR support to represented and non-represented clients. Administers the collective bargaining agreement, grievance procedure, arbitration preparation, preliminary responses to unfair labor practice charges and union awareness training. Consistently applies and interprets company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures. Conducts investigations, resolves complaints, and supports site leaders with performance management. Additionally, this role will partner with designated clients in executing HR activities in the areas of employee relations and engagement, recruitment, talent management, inclusion and diversity, compensation, employee communications, training, organizational development, and HR information systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Ensure oversight of the preservation and consistent application of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
* Provide support regarding work-related issues, conflicts, and discipline policy/procedures questions, contract interpretation.
* Assist with interpreting policies, regulations and programs in a manner conducive to Company goals and values.
* Provide Human/Labor Relations support to all levels of site operations as needed.
* Provide counsel and direction to clients on HR issues, including proactive identification and resolution of people-related issues including conflict resolution, policy and procedure interpretation, and ensuring legal compliance.
* Support organizational development initiatives, including employee/labor relations, performance management, employee communications, talent management, training and development, etc.
* Actively engage employees to build a positive culture.
* Implement Corporate and Site HR programs.
* Champion Landing Systems HR continuous improvement activities as required.
* Actively contributes to EH&S initiatives.
* Perform other duties and participate in projects as assigned by the Manager, Human Resources.

Qualification:
Basic Qualifications:

* 5+ years’ Human Resources experience.
* Demonstrated strong employee relations experience.
* General knowledge of employment law (such as the ADA, EEO, ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, etc.) and ability to apply legal concepts to real world situations.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS applications.
* Demonstrated ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information.
* Strong team and customer service orientation.
* Ability to travel to support business needs.
* All U.S. positions require a background check, which may include a drug screen.

Education:
* Bachelor’s degree
