HR Specialist

Purpose of the position:

In this role the jobholder will be responsible for quality and efficient HR operations, improving employee experience by providing support in relation to the employee life cycle, HR administration, relocation. The jobholder acts as the first point of contact for employee services matters on a regional basis. The HR Specialist will report to the Regional HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

Managing off-boarding and onboarding process

*

Processing Employee life cycle changes like transfers, position changes

*

Coordinating the preparation of employment contracts, contract modifications, and terminations

*

Responsible for the contract templates of the respective countries

*

Maintaining accurate employee data in the HR system (Success Factors
*

Perform data checks in HR system verifying that information is complete and correct

*

Handling employee queries on HR related matters on the daily basis.

*

Cooperating with outsourced relocation partner, supervising ongoing relocation processes

*

Cooperating with outsourced payroll partner on onboarding and off-boarding matters, employees registration, and HR related queries

*

Preparation of regular and ad hoc HR reports

*

Participating in company representation programs for newcomers

*

Participate in HR projects

Requirements:

*

College or University degree

*

Work experience: motivated graduates, 1-2 years of experience in HR will be an advantage

*

Capability to understand complex issues and procedures

*

Excellent English, proficiency in Russian or Romanian will be a valuable advantage

*

Good communication skills

*

MS Office knowledge, ability to work with big amount of data

*

Empathy and customer focused attitude

*

Attention to details, good with numbers
