Location: Bridgewater, Virginia

Job Description:

The HR Recruiter supports the Human Resources department by coordinating and leading full life-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding quality candidates for employment opportunities at Dynamic Aviation.

Job Responsibilities:
Review resumes to find suitable candidates who meet job description criteria
Complete initial applicant screening to obtain applicant information and history
Utilize appropriate media resources to advertise the organization’s open positions
Refer qualified candidates to the appropriate Recruiter or Hiring Manager for review
Provide information on company operations and job opportunities to applicants
Interview applicants and complete reference checks
Provide guidance to hiring managers throughout hiring process
Travel for recruiting events/school visits and assist as a primary contact to schools/programs
Maintain HRIS and personnel files in compliance with applicable legal or Company requirements
Complete requested employee forms and verifications
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Ensure employee changes (transfers, promotions and terminations) are communicated properly
Perform new hire orientation
Coordinate PRIA and DOT drug records requests and maintain records
Assist with other HR functions as needed
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
High School diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in business or similar degree preferred, or the equivalent of 2-4 years of similar recruiting work experience
Experience in an office setting handling sensitive and confidential information
High degree of professional ethics, sense of fairness, and the ability to work with individuals at all levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in a customer service position
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and HRIS (ADP)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment meeting tight deadlines
Strong analysis skills and the ability to multi-task
Detail oriented and well organized
