HR Officer – Amsterdam - Part time

As the HR Officer (internally People Operation Officer) you will be part of the Global People team and will be reporting to the People Operations Manager. You will be in the owner of all the HR administration ranging from personnel date, new hires and exits, filing of documentation and provide general support to the People team. Next to that, you will be supporting the People Payroll Officer in the payroll & mutations process for approximately 350 employees, located in 5 countries across 3 continents. You are the #1 point of contact for all HR administrative and transactional related questions from employees and managers across the globe.

Your key goals will be to create an awesome Travix employee experience globally and to support the People team, managers and employees in all People practices.

Your challenges

Create an awesome Travix employee experience:

*

Support employees in their onboarding process before and after their start at Travix, and support international hires in their relocation,

*

Leading the Travix Onboarding day,

*

Supporting relocation for internal moves.

Support the People team, managers, and employees in People practices

*

Provide HR Business Partners with employment contracts and letters,

*

Maintain our People systems, documentations and digital personnel files up to date;

*

Informs employees on working conditions, collective agreement, and general people practices questions;

*

Support the HR department with execution and further development of key practices, initiatives and People Plan strategies.

What you bring to the table

*

Bachelor degree or similar level based on competences and work experience

*

1 – 2 years of working experience in HRM, Personnel administration

*

An eye for details and a pro-active problem solving mindset

*

Operational excellence & customer focused

*

Team Player

*

Fluent in English and ideally also Dutch (not essential)

*
