HR Business Partner Düsseldorf

Mission

Act as an HR responsible for Düsseldorf-operations of Brussels Airlines, supporting the local and Belgian Management regarding all HR-issues.

Key Result Areas

1. Act from an HR point of view as a Single Point of Contact for the local and BE Management, answering their questions on all HR-related issues;

2. Give day-to-day advises to the local and Belgian management, for all HR-related issues to support them in their operations;

3. Act as responsible for the implementation of the HR-policies on operational level in DUS;

4. Take operational HR decisions in close collaboration with the local and BE management and with the support of the HR-experts Brussels Airlines Belgium

5. Provide information and answers questions of the employees: explains social legislation, internal procedures and rules; explains actual files concerning wages and salary administration; requests documents – data, in close collaboration with HR Services Brussels Airlines Belgium;

6. Make HR related listing - analysis - reports according to specific procedures;

7. Take regular formal and informal contacts with the HR experts Brussels Airlines to ensure a good information flow of information and consistency in the implementation of the policies;

8. Support local and Belgian Management in their contacts with employee representatives, where needed.

Profile

* Master Degree with 3-5 years experience or Bachelor with 8 years experience in HRBP role or as HR Generalist, ideally in an international company;

* Languages: German and English, written and spoken;

* Good knowledge of German labour law, fiscal law is an asset;

* Good communication skills, written and spoken;

* No-nonsense and positive approach, discrete and sense of confidentiality;

* Solution minded and sense of ownership;

* Highly flexible in a changing environment;

* IT-skills: MS-Office.

Reporting Lines

- Reports hierarchically to : VP Human Resources Brussels Airlines (as part of the HRBP team).

- Reports functionally to : Base Manager & Cabin Crew Line Manager, no direct reports.

Working regime

50% for Brussels Airlines DUS (2 to 3 days per week).

50% Eurowings Group or Eurowings Aviation in DUS or Köln.
