Human Resources Business Partner working with the leadership teams to ensure change programmes are rolled out for an Aviation company based in Wimborne with competitive salary

Due to business growth this Aerospace Company is developing and growing with a recent reorganisation driving considerable HR & business change, they are seeking a talented HR professional to join their company at this exciting time.


You will be educated to Degree level, CIPD qualified or equivalent, experience working alongside and providing key HR support to leadership teams and senior managers as well as having Project Management and Change Management skills.


General Responsibilities for Human Resources Business Partner

· Provide direct HR support to the business to ensure that operational HR is delivered effectively
· Develop and deploy the Business Unit resource plans
· Engaging in the early career and high potential pipeline programmes, e.g. apprentice and graduate programmes
· Deploy talent and reward strategies
· Work with the leadership team and talent specialists to support talent management processes
· Advise managers and employees on issues of employment legislation
· Acting as a change agent to support and facilitate desired change
· Continuous improvement methodology applied to HR process and operational deliverable
