Our small but mighty HR Team need a new team member to join us on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This role is responsible for a broad range of HR generalist activity including coaching and advising managers and supporting our staff, performance management and HR reporting.

You’ll also be involved in developing our policies and procedures and facilitating training for our Managers and staff members. The HR Advisor is also responsible for health and wellbeing initiatives, WH&S and the Tigerair DAMP program.

This is a fantastic role for someone to support our growing airline based in Melbourne/Tullamarine.

To be successful you’ll need demonstrated depth of experience in HR at an advisory level (at least 2-3 years), be a consultative team player with a true hands on approach. You’ll have an optimistic outlook on life with the ability to connect with everyone who you come in to contact with.
